- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not possible to get an appointment unless you are dying! I was ill and struggling to breath, with some bacterial/viral infection, possibly pneumonia. They ask to do online form, after which I have waited 6 hours for a call back. Just to find out from the doctor that my condition does not qualify for same day appointment, which they did not have anyway. So I had to call the reception to find out that nearest appointment is 10 days away. I have ended up going to Private GP in the evening same day, paid £70, got antibiotics and 7 days off work. Immediate help and improvement. What a disappointing place. I feel sorry for Hedge End people which can't afford going private and must attend this poor place.
